Working across different projects mainly in the IT and Business Consulting sector, Latona is looking for an HR Project Manager. The position is related to the recruitment of experts for various framework contracts of the European Commission in which the company participates together with some of the largest economic operators in Europe.

Tasks:

  • Following the communication under the projects the company is part of and selecting the projects of interest;
  • Searching for suitable experts for specific projects/jobs;
  • Communication with the identified experts and their recruitment;
  • Support for the preparation and adjustment of experts’ CVs in different formats to comply with the requirements of the Contracting Authorities;
  • Preparation of additional documentation in the project preparation phase (experts’ declarations, profiles, resumes, project proposal sections, etc.);
  • Quality control and proper follow up of the CVs submission progress and of the project progress as a whole;
  • Finalization and submission of reports;
  • Relationships with different consortium partners under the framework contracts;
  • Relations with clients (funding agencies, ministries, local authorities, etc.).

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR/Politics/Economics/Marketing/etc.;
  • Previous experience in the HR field and/or the preparation and implementation of EU-funded projects;
  • Knowledge of the European Commission’s tender and/or Framework Contract procedures is an advantage;
  • Fluency in English is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of French would be a strong asset;
  • Previous experience in HR within the IT sector will be a strong plus;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
