CUSTOMS

Over the past decades, the customs sector has been going through big reforms which have brought dramatic technological, economic, and legal changes to the sector. Customs organizations in the EU and globally face a range of similar challenges in growing, liberalizing and keeping up to date with the ever-changing international trade regulations during the transition to full electronic systems. Hence, national administrations must prepare for the new tasks and activities which they will have to perform. Over the years Latona has provided a variety of software solutions to companies in the financial sector. In addition to standard systems for financial management implemented in each company, we also have the specific skills to deliver solutions for managing loans and leases. Our financial and IT experts specialize in automating processes throughout the lifecycle management of loans and leases – from drawing up a loan agreement or lease, through risk management, to calculating the monthly installments plan, commissions, interest and other price parameters until the end of the contract.

RETAIL

Our experts are well aware of the specificities of the process management of goods supply and receipt (including those goods received on consignment). Manufactuirng is one of the biggest segments that Latona has served on the Bulgarian market. LAW SECTOR

Working for law sector has been a great challenge for our team. By using modern technology and detailed business analysis, we wanted to simplify law everyday activities as much as we could. Our mission in the law sector was to enable lawyers to spend less time on paperwork and more time practicing! So by developing legal case management, we believe we accomplished our mission. It automates some routine processes to reduce manual work and increase lawyer efficiency and productivity. Ultimately enabling them to have more cases, to take more clients and to focus on providing superior service.
