Challenge

The Project was part of the Intelligent Oil Fields (IOF) program of Qatar Petroleum. The company was challenged extend the life of oil fields, increase production, and cut loses and cost.

Solution

In order to support QP in this mission, Latona experts implemented a series of activities with the help of the ARIS tool. Among the delivered services were Functional analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE analyses, Establishment of the Enterprise Architecture of Qatar Petroleum, Modeling and design of AS-IS, TO-BE and SHOULD-BE Processes. In addition, IOF Composite Dashboard providing real-time data from the oil fields, monitoring KPIs, etc. was developed.
