Challenge

Kozloduy NPP is the Bulgarian only nuclear power plant and the largest in the region. It manages 2 pressurized water reactors with a total capacity of 2000 MW. Kozloduy NPP faced the challenge to implement the requirements of the General Safety standard – MAAE GS-R-3.

Solution

Latona experts worked rigorously on the BPM by Documenting and analyzing the IT environment; Establishing the whole new Enterprise Architecture; Updating the processes of first and second level; Description, modelling and documentation of processes of the third and subsequent levels; Design and development of the new ARIS reports (scripts);  Analysis and improvement of the integration of ARIS and the RDBMS “Processes University” OBD “Staff” DB “SmartDoc” and other information systems; Performing Business, GAP and other analysis; Creation and administration of RDBMS based architecture repository with tools for different types of analysis; Development of ARIS reports and scripts; Training of staff; ARIS maintenance and support.
