About the Opportunity: We look for someone that could strengthen our capability by working with specific assignments related to the use of ARIS. We are looking for a competent and motivated ARIS designer to support various modelling activities using ARIS modeling tool (Software AG). The Expert will work on challenging international projects, involving recognized methodologies and top-level technologies. The job provides opportunities to be part of an international team and offers working abroad.

Skills and experience:

Bachelor degree;

Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst supporting the development of complex technical enterprise solutions;

Strong experience in Business process modelling (ARIS) – 2+ years;

A good command of business process analysis techniques – including application of standard methodologies, techniques, complex modelling, scenario planning and use of relevant software;

Experience in drafting specifications, design and testing documentation;

Excellent communication skills in English with proven ability to facilitate workshops and presentations;

Readiness and flexibility to work on projects in the country and abroad.

The main office is in Sofia, but clients’ meetings, discussions, and other events are usually provided at the place of Clients Headquarters. The travels may vary between 1 week and 3 weeks per month.
