LATONA ERP is a system that integrates multiple information services (IT services) in favor of successful business management. The ERP is focused on data management of individual business transactions, integration with external systems capable of managing both internal and external human resources, analysis of financial and accounting activities, management of administrative processes, storage of documents, easy access to internal knowledge in the organization, and planning of activities and career development of staff. In addition, LATONA ERP provides effective solutions for companies engaged in leasing and/or credit. Each module can operate independently, as well as with others when integration between them has been made. Despite its modular structure, the digital platform has its internal unity, which allows individual subsystems to exchange and use information from a single database when interpreting it according to their own business logic. Thus, the division of the system into individual modules is only conditional for the sake of convenience in the process of implementation and operation. At the same time, the system is fully integrated and unified with respect to both information and logic.

The LATONA Finance module allows on the basis of preliminary laid down accounting plan to be created and maintained an individual accounting plan, in reference to the accepted accounting policy and internal organization.

Revenues and expenses in the organization may be grouped in revenue and cost centers, as well as in 8 more different sections in view of detailed monitoring. Possibility for work at several cashes at the same time with different cashiers is also available. Functionality for bank statement processing, cash references, daily or periodically turnovers and movement in cash and bank accounts in all kind of currency has been implemented to control the transactions.

The system maintains a nomenclature of long-term assets, grouping, and reporting by inventory numbers, objects, balance sheets, materially responsible persons, groups, etc. Accounting accruals are automatically accrued and accounted for by all methods. Tax deductions are also automatically accrued.

The LATONA CRM module scopes all processes regarding client services. It manages all interactions with the client from the initial contact and the registry of data, through the entire commercial cycle, incl. inquiry generation, offer preparation, requests, orders, stock receipts, invoices.

The Sales and Distribution Application is part of the CRM Module and aims at managing the processes of goods delivery and goods added into stock (including those obtained on consignment). The application manages also the movement of goods between units and the costs for wastage. Among the functionalities of the application is also the management of sales of goods in storage and retails, by cash and bank payment, on deferred payment, with an invoice, receipt, bill of goods, etc.

LATONA HR is a module for automated management of human resources, labor, and wages. It aims at facilitating the day-to-day operational procedures for human resources management. It facilitates the real-time and integrated data collection of complete information about the overall state of human resources, shortening the time needed for making the necessary reports and analyzes for decision-making. The LATONA HR application provides for the recruitment, redeployment and dismissal processes. The module also encompasses reporting work and remuneration, recruiting, processing and analyzing the information needed to characterize employees’ activities, providing information for making management decisions.

The Personal Performance Valuation Module aims at storing and processing information related to employee performance valuation and personal development. The module works successfully in combination with LATONA HR, thus providing effective human resource management within the company.

LATONA Education Planning is a module which integrates a training management system, employee motivation system, and career planning system. It is a logical extension of the LATONA Personal Performance Valuation Module. On the basis of the performance evaluations, staff skills gaps are identified and rectified by training and a career development plan. In this way, employee productivity increases by focusing on critical tasks through clear communication and goal setting. This allows managers to get to know the qualities and potential of their employees and to determine the need for training. The solution also helps to reduce the time and resources for so-called non-strategic training (unforeseen training in a project) and to identify the best employees and the possibility of their compensation, as well as improving their plan for development. Integration with e-Learning systems is possible.

LATONA Education Planning combined with LATONA Personal Performance Valuation and LATONA HR guarantees effective employee management, enhanced employee competencies and increased motivation.

The LATONA Contract Management Module automates the activities connected to registration, monitoring and management of contracts, outgoing and incoming invoices, payments, budgeting, and staff expenses regarding those contracts. It aims at storing, processing and tracking comprehensive information about the ongoing and the complete contracts, as well as the transactions and activities connected to them.

The application provides information and reports for the contracts and their status, comparison of planned and realized expenses under specific contract and counterparty for a period, incoming and outgoing invoices under specific contract and counterparty for a period (with payment indication), a comparison of the revenue of specific contract and its expenditures, balance on bank account and cashier, etc.

Latona Contract Management facilitates the day-to-day activities, ensures information for easier and better management decisions, as well as guarantees increased performance of the organization.

The LATONA Warehouse module automates the whole activity of stock movement in values and quantity. There is functionality for account tracing, hierarchy grouping in a group, sub-group, type, sub-type, management of stock receipt, request for an expenditure of materials protocols for removal and stock-taking inventories. Automatic accounting transactions follow the stock movement; multiple references (reports) for product availability, revenue, expenditure for one date and for the selected period could be generated.

The LATONA Document Management Module automates the management of internal and external document flow, as well as the archiving of documents. The module is applicable both to documents directly related to human resources management and to the specific work of company employees to optimize workflows, increase productivity and protect the environment. The module aims at simplifying and facilitating day-to-day processes, as well as ensuring better management of the organization and increased the performance of its activities.

The LATONA Production module optimizes all production processes in the company. Nomenclature of the items is maintained, as well as prescriptions for production, which describe the norms for spending the relevant resources, groups of items, possibilities for exchanges. Among its functionalities is accounting and automatic distribution of the total expenses on a different basis, items of calculation and actual cost prices of the produced items. In addition, it prepares accounting cost prices with detailed references for the expenses of assortments.

The Help Desk Module performs recording, monitoring, and follow-up reporting of incidents/problems throughout their entire life cycle until their resolving. The system allows processing of queries by employees for materials, consumables, and others specified by the organization’s management. The application greatly facilitates the work of employees, while ensuring that safer jobs are maintained. It allows the incidents to be described both manually and electronically, and it can also receive information about problems/incidents from both human and electronic (machine) sources. The module is monitored all day or 24/7 while recording the resulting reports for problems. It is accessible through the web interface and notifies the operator by email or via text message. The module also supports the production of reports and statistics on received requests and the total percentage of solved problems. In addition, LATONA Help Desk provides a manager for emergency recovery, as well as data backup, allowing the display of reported problems in detail. The solution maintains a centralized repository database that is accessed and managed through a graphical interface.

LATONA TeamTime is an easy-to-use module for logging and reporting the working time spent. It aims at efficient resource planning and management, real-time access to information on the spent time and the costs of projects. The most important functionalities of the module are: Project definition – name, description, validity, color code for the project; Defining positions/roles; Designating the project team; Assigning employees to certain roles in the project; Logging work in an easy and convenient form – calendar; Ability to log in for a day or for a selected period; Time tracking reports, summary of time spent on different criteria.

LATONA Knowledge is a Knowledge Management System within organizations. The module helps to identify valuable content, as well as extract and store knowledge. Through it, the cooperation, development, and sharing of knowledge and information, as well as their successful use by the employees of the organization, are improved. It successfully integrates and complements the LATONA Education Planning Module, thus providing additional management capabilities for knowledge management, including the creation of knowledge centers, where employees can receive rich content, information or additional training.

LATONA Leasing is a web-based leasing management application. It automates the main processes of lessor companies in their relationships with lessees. LATONA Leasing is integrated with the following LATONA modules: Finance, CRM, Warehouse, and Production.

The application allows risk assessment by calculation of risk indicators. It covers the full lease cycle – from leasing and recording the contract to the system, by calculating monthly installments, leasing plan, fees, commissions and other price parameters until the lease completion. Interest and fees are charged, as well as penalties. Leasing can be redeemed in cash or bank payment.

LATONA Leasing allows a detailed view over the payments under a certain contract, as well as a revision after its registration into the system. The product enables the extraction of leasing plans, reports, analyses, multiple calculations and configurations, balance over a certain period, repayment date of individual lease payments, as well as an up-to-date database of the contracting parties.

An integration with the LATONA Finance module has been implemented for ensuring the accounting of data.

LATONA eCredit is a web-based credit management module. It operates virtually in a real-time mode, with the possibility to exchange data (services) with the databases of Credit Registers, Revenue Agencies, Social Security Institutes, etc.

The Module automates the credit granting processes, including online credit application submission, credit rating and risk assessment, link to different databases, preparation of credit agreement, generation of bank file for payment of approved credits, creation of repayment schedule and tracking of its execution by generating documents, tracking availability on the borrower’s account, charging interest and fees, as well as penalties, creating reminders, etc. A different status is maintained not only on the request for funding but also on the credit itself and the repayments paid. In addition, LATONA eCredit allows for a reminder of a pending payment via text message and e-mail.

The module provides analyses of a number of indicators related to credit management, as well as customer database maintenance. An integration with the accounting module of LATONA Finance has been implemented.
